About Me

Hello,

My name is Nicola. A huge influence in my training to become an Art Therapist was my education in photography. I developed a great love for analogue photography and spending time in the darkroom.

Having this artistic space in my life has been invaluable to me and helped me experience the power creativity has in helping with understanding ourselves and the world around us.

Qualifications & further learning.

  • I am a qualified Art Therapist having obtained an MA at the University of Chester November 2024

  • I am registered under the HCPC and am a member of the BAAT. This means I have agreed to practice Art Therapy ethically and safely. It also mean if you have any concerns you can contact these professional bodies and do not have to only talk to me. This is important to me as individuals should be held accountable for their actions and always allowed to be questioned.

  • I love to continue my learning and keep up to date with research and training.
