A Bit About Me

As an art therapist, my goal is to help individuals connect with and understand themselves. I facilitate a safe, non-judgmental space—online or in person—for you to express yourself and ask questions through the creative process. Beyond traditional clinical support, I am passionate about Creative Health: using the arts to proactively improve health outcomes and foster resilience. I am here to listen, witness, and offer psychoeducation as you navigate your path. By combining therapeutic expertise with a creative health perspective, we can work together to find solutions tailored to your unique life experiences.
